My studio is a bike cart. It is fully equipped and specially constructed for me by a welder friend. It has a split axel so that the interior capacity is 24" x 24" x 48" clear. I hook it up every day, pull it to the painting site, unfold everthing and go to work.

It is complete with a white plastic and bamboo sunshade/rain cover. I use 30 pounds of weights to hold down the easel, and when necessary, tent pegs and rubber inner tube strapping. I can't stress enough the utility of rubber inner tube straps. I use them for everything from securing the easel, to securing the load back in the cart. |
